Small Group PT Classes

Luc Best and Frank Quinn will guide you through a motivating program. With over 30 years of experience between them, this plan will cover nutrition and bespoke training in a fun group setting.

Power PT is available at peak times and based on Uckfield High Street at the Phoenix Health Hub facility, making this super accessible for all.


Your class will begin with a dynamic warm up, followed by time to work on your personal development, mobility or imbalances in your own body.

The group workout will build a leaner more powerful physique, using body weight, resistance bands, weights of your choice and a Concept 2 bike. This will allow you to track progress from one workout to the next.

We will end the workout with a yoga or pilates style cool down, to ensure you leave feeling better than ever and ready to take on your next workout!

On top of the personalised fitness classes, participants will also receive individual advice and support delivered by Frank, our certified nutrition coach.

Class participants will be given a bespoke nutrition plan which will be based on individual’s weight management goals and preferred dietary preferences (e.g. omnivore, vegetarian, vegan).

During the summer months included in the packages will also be classes of your choice at hillside wellness.

Life can be busy so we will be running the classes term time only. With an additional four week block in August.

Following on from the success of our pervious blocks, the next block of classes will run from the 3rd of June to the 20th of July. Available to book below.
